Reflex is dead, long live DEX!

January 6, 2009 by Ian

Reports from America show that all is not well in the PCDJ camp.  PCDJ have parted company with the developers due to the fact that they could not meet the necessary deadlines to take the product forward.  PCDJ in the meantime are looking for new developers to take over the project but for now if you e-mail them your licence code for Reflex, they will e-mail you back with a brand new licence code for PCDJ DEX.

For more information, please visit the PCDJ Forum.

Reading between the lines, PCDJ state that they are looking for a new developer for the project.  This tells us that PCDJ own Reflex rather than Gizmolabs so it may still well be that Reflex development will continue.  As it happens, activations of new licences continue to work so it may be worth you sending your e-mail off to PCDJ and getting your free licence anyway – you then have the choice.  Reflex or DEX.
